$13/hr We are looking for a Member Service Representative to serve as our guests first point of contact when they enter our business.
The Member Service Representative responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about services, rates and benefits.
Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Provide knowledge on the benefits The Rec has to offer Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Minor clean up needed Up sell memberships and services, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Skills/ Qualifications Outgoing and Charismatic Ability to learn computer applications Confidence to run a store front Willing to learn how to operate business equipment Must be 17 years or older Has availability for at least 15 hours a week Job Type:
