Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership Previous sales experience ideal but not required Must be professional with a confident attitude Proficient in telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette Strong customer service and phone skills Efficient with time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Positive, flexible and process-oriented Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations Quick thinker and learner Previous call center experience (an asset but not required) Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Team Members Attentiveness Saturdays required and some Sundays In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following
