Job responsibilities include:
Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls with the goal of setting a service appointment Asking strategic questions to determine which technician, location, or department can best serve the guest Determining the needs of the guest via telephone and recommending appropriate service with the goal of selling a service appointment Confirming guest appointments to ensure high show ratios Composing professional emails to customers Updating guest contact information on each call Using several computer systems at once, on multiple monitors Calling customers to set appointments Needed
Experience:
Fluency in Spanish is a major plus Prior Automotive BDC experience ideal, any call center experience is helpful Handle Incoming calls 5-day work week Some Saturdays required Come learn more about what we offer at the ever-growing Kia of Wesley Chapel, part of the Morgan Auto Group.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
