Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and food service in a catering or restaurant setting - Follow recipes and guidelines for menu planning and food preparation - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met during all stages of food handling - Assist with kitchen duties such as washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing inventory - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and timely service - Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or special requests Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Familiarity with menu planning and dietary restrictions is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Note:
