This person is responsible for selling memberships, training services, assisting the member and guest experience and being a solid team member.
This role requires self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and the ability to positively influence others.
Key Responsibilities Sales - a large part of the sales associate role is centered around membership and training sales.
Sales associates must convert leads to members through daily follow-ups, relationship building, ability to empathize, and follow through.
A personal training background isn't required but the ability to speak to our training program and how to leverage our technology (Anytime Fitness App, body scanner, heart rate monitors, etc.
) to support the growth of the training department is a must.
Day-to-day operations - sales associates will be responsible for assigned club operational tasks such as club cleanliness, running reports, scheduling appointments, follow-up, opening and closing activities, and other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements Experience in the fitness Industry isn't required, but great communication and soft skills are.
A good candidate is:
18 years or older Available to work flexible hours mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends Friendly, outgoing, and warm Genuine and honest Demonstrates a drive for results Technologically savvy Self-motivated Good at managing time and schedules Job Type:
