We are in search of a motivated and outgoing individual to take on the role of a Dental assistant! Qualifications for the position include:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in assisting Comfort and proficiency in discussing financial matters A commitment to creating a superior dental experience for our patients The ability to articulate the value of dentistry Assisting in Dental Procedures - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take dental x-rays - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform basic dental laboratory procedures - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Manage inventory and order dental supplies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs - Team player with the ability to collaborate with the dental team Impeccable phone and interpersonal communication skills Located in Wesley Chapel, our private dental office offers a competitive base pay, enticing bonus incentives, and a range of benefits.
