As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance our practice's visibility and reach, guided by our practice's values.

About Sheltering Oaks A little about us! Our single location is located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, with plans to expand in the future.
We are a unique setting in that we do have a licensed psychologist on site, who completes a range of assessments and testing services with her doctoral team.
We are made up of 10 staff including providers and our administrative team, in addition to the interns we take on throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
This includes nurturing current and establishing new community and digital marketing channels.
Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns Anticipate Practice Needs:
Stay ahead of client trends and anticipate the needs of our practice.
Knowing at all times the number of client inquiries needed to sustain full caseloads for current providers.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts Community and Digital Marketing Efforts:
Engage with the local community and target audiences through various marketing channels.
Establish and utilize digital marketing platforms to reach a broader audience and build a strong online presence.
Develop Marketing Systems and Processes:
Establish efficient marketing systems and processes to streamline workflows.
Continuously optimize and improve marketing operations for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications:
2
years experience in marketing.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms (canva, adobe, etc.
).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in market research and analysis techniques Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools Must be self-motivated and eager to own the marketing department of the practice.
