We specialize in providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Implement and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs, including behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs Provide ongoing training and support to behavior technicians and other team members Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective coordination of services and promote generalization of skills across settings Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA.
Providing 30
treatment hours per week for your clients Providing Family Guidance on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
Must hold a current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Previous experience working with individuals with autism and implementing ABA programs Strong knowledge of ABA principles, functional assessment, and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting Strong organizational and time management skills Experience With Central Reach.
