Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing phone systems and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure a clean and organized front office area.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
