- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations - Laundry and stack aprons, napkins and towels - Mop and clean common area of the salon Requirements:
