Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Brand Leader to join our team.
As a Beauty Brand Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty brand, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance and support - Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets - Train beauty advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products and supplies - Perform product demos and provide makeup application services to customers - Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches
Qualifications:
