We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular first impression of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start.
The ideal candidate for this position would have prior Dental Front Office experience but we are willing to train candidates that are open, flexible, and positive, and willing to learn as they go! Monday - Thursday hours Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records.
Communication with insurance companies Collecting payments from patients Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients Job Requirements:
