Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and execute leases and contracts with tenants - Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and tenant information - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule property maintenance tasks - Perform data entry and maintain organized files and documentation - Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants - Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify maintenance needs - Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors - Assist with the marketing and advertising of available properties - Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field - Strong administrative skills, including data entry, file organization, and phone etiquette - Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking preferred - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Ability to negotiate contracts and leases effectively - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Knowledge of local landlord/tenant laws and regulations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties.
You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
