We are seeking a dynamic Help Desk Technician - IT Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across a range of IT functions.

Duties:
Website Updates and Backups / SSL's:
Perform regular updates to the company website, ensuring content is current and accurate.
Conduct backups of website data to safeguard against data loss.
Manage SSL certificates to ensure secure connections for website visitor In-person/Remote Desk Support:
Provide technical support to employees both in-person and remotely, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Coordinate the purchasing and allocation of IT equipment as needed.
Track and manage asset assignments to employees.
Digital Storage Maintenance/Assistance:
Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital storage systems to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
Provide support to users in managing files and folders, and offer solutions for storage optimization.
Cybersecurity
Compliance Assistance:
Collaborate with the IT team to implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in the monitoring and detection of security threats, and contribute to incident response efforts when necessary.
Processes
Workflows Assistance:
Support the development and improvement of IT processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies to streamline operations.
CapAdmin3 Server Maintenance
Reporting:
Participate in the maintenance and monitoring of CapAdmin3 servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into server usage and performance metrics.
User Account / Onboarding / Offboarding:
Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring smooth transitions and proper access to IT resources.
Research
Development Assistance:
Stay informed about emerging technologies and IT trends, and conduct research to support IT initiatives and projects.
Assist in the development and testing of new solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Reporting
Documentation Assistance:
Compile and analyze data to generate reports on IT operations, performance, and trends.
Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
