Job Summary:
+ Tracks and traces live guaranteed shipments and updates status in computer
+ Communicates current problems and takes immediate action to intercede with field management so that service guarantee is accomplished. All actions are documented by notes in the shipment applications.
+ Determines when outside transportation is required to perform service recovery and secures ground expedites if needed
+ Manages shipments moving by outside carriers
+ Supports the Solution Center Sales Coordinators, Quality Assurance Coordinators and customers directly with rating, routing and selling transportation solutions
+ Serves as a liaison for Estes Terminal Personnel, Central Dispatch and outside ground expedite carriers
+ Audits and validates freight bills
+ Calculates revenue adjustments based on weight and service variances
+ Performs root cause analysis and documents time critical guaranteed shipment failures. Enters failure data into management reporting data base
+ Calculates and communicates transportation and solution rates and service times in a quick and accurate manner. All actions are documented by notes in the shipment applications. Make book shipments when required
+ Research and respond to customer and shipment requests and/or issues
+ Trace and track shipments; provide bills of lading & proofs of delivery, etc., as requested by customers
+ Enters shipment Pro updates, adjustments and corrections
+ Regular attendance is required

Qualifications
+ High school diploma, GED or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
+ Strong working knowledge of the Estes AS400 system is needed to be successful in this position. Prefer previous experience with time critical services.
+ Must have a good math and geography aptitude
+ Must possess strong oral & precise written communication skills
+ Must work with a sense of urgency and possess exceptional organizational skills
+ Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines
+ Ability to work independently or in a team setting, in a fast paced environment
+ Prior transportation sales and customer service experience preferred
+ Must be self-directed & detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
+ Responds well to questions. Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents with a high comprehension and concentration level
+ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
+ Knowledge of AS400 system desired
+ Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
+ Must be able to interact well with others
+ Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
+ Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
+ Must be able to lift approximately 10-15 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job
+ Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
+ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
